Multi-tenant retail is a coordination problem as much as an engineering one. We phased installs across six unit roofs to avoid disrupting trade, wired generation to serve common areas and anchor tenants, and gave the landlord a single monitoring dashboard for the whole center. Common-area charges fell, the LEED rating improved, and the center now markets itself on its green credentials.
