Brazos Valley's milk-processing plant runs a heavy daytime load that a roof alone couldn't cover. We combined a rooftop array on the plant with a 1.2 MWp ground-mount installation on an underused back field — spaced for continued grazing — and handled the entire interconnection process with the utility. The operation now covers nearly three-quarters of its processing demand from its own land.
